Yesterday I had my Civil War class again. It’s almost over. We only have one more actual class meeting and then my paper is due the following week. The grad students don’t have to take the final exam but the undergrad students have their exam on the Monday that my paper is due. I have read only one of the books and the part of a second. However, I have four more books to read and several articles so that I can then write my 20-25 page paper. The subject I’m writing about is espionage in the Civil War so it should prove to be interesting reading and writing. Class has been somewhat boring lately because we have been talking about the process of Reconstruction. While you have to talk about Reconstruction when taking a class about the Civil War, it gets a little overwhelming and boring because it’s so complex and people kind of glaze over when you talk about it. Oh, well. It’s almost over.
On another subject, I’ve been sort of moody lately and have been finding myself getting more and more agitated with kids and yelling more often. I don’t know what the deal is but oh, well. Hopefully it will not last long.
